pipelineMAX neuroimaging workflow software

pipelineMAXTM is a proprietary neuroimaging data analysis workflow environment developed by parent company Predictek, Inc. In pipelineMAXTM, image analysis procedures are built graphically as flowcharts (see movie below), while corresponding software is automatically generated. Complex analysis pipelines can be built rapidly, allowing for large-scale optimization that maximizes sensitivity and robustness of drug and disease studies.

pipelineMAXTM performs automated optimized analyses of PET or fMRI images on our computing cluster. pipelineMAXTM features state-of-the-art machine learning models, as well as more-traditional general linear model (GLM) and partial least squares (PLS) analyses. pipelineMAXTM archives every detail of the analysis procedure, allowing studies to be repeated precisely, and facilitating 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
